No, iConnect runs on a local server which will be setup and handled by a Cube-i event technician onsite. In certain circumstances Cube-i may speak with the venue of the event to setup the server for breakout rooms and other reasons.

We advise to all of our clients to have event content and branding sent to us 1 week before the event date. This gives the team time to get the event app programmed for review. Minor changes can still be made during this time.
Yes, the event technician will be able to make minor content changes and import presentations slides (if being used) to the system.
Setup can vary depending on the size of the event. In most cases setup should take around 1 hour. Cube-i will work with any production team onsite to arrange logistics.
